Whether you chose private instruction or our small group classes (with never more than 10 registered clients in the class), modifications and variations of classic exercise routines will ensure that you are effectively and efficiently working towards your goal. We also invite you to visit our studio in the historic Orchard Park Business Centre and see that the way to better fitness and health can be on the road less traveled. You will ultimately see an improvement in the quality of your movement during daily activities as well as in competitive and recreational sporting activities. During all sessions we provide feedback that allows you to understand the biomechanics of the exercise. Private sessions must be booked online or by calling the studio to set up an appointment.
